The plating unit is built for gold and rhodium plating on jewelry. Pieces must be first degreased, then they can be gold or rhodium plated. Also, we use two two-tone processes in the plating system. The two-tone process we done by using masking tape and lacker. It is easy to complete the process on the normal surface or small work but we can't do the two-tone process in critical areas and more work is taking so much time and manpower in a huge way, that time the paving process is a method that defines or critical areas, in a selective way without using plating obtaining multicolor plating's. This process saves time without using more manpower.
