Registration

To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address, store's name, store's visiting card etc.

For buyers registration is free and is only one time process and if the member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account. However, we expressly reserve our right to levy a fee from time to time. If any such fee is levied, we will post the same on the Website and such fees shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. In such case user has to pay the fee to continue his/her account.

While Sellers have to renew their membership after every one year. Renewal membership plan is subject to change and seller has to pay the revised membership charger at the time of renewal if he/she wants to continue the account.

SarafaBazar.in website and mobile app is a B2B platform for jewellers and traders related to jewellery industry. We work hard to cross check that person who sign up and use the features of our platform is related to jewellery market. We reserve the right to terminate the membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website and mobile application if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you do not own any business related to jewellery.

You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, incomplete, inaccurate, or not updated or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or not updated, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your Website membership.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you grant us the permission to send electronic communications to you as part of our offering. This includes but is not limited to sending "emails", newsletters and promotional offers from us and our partners / sellers. Prices

Price mentioned on the products are just for reference and cannot be misunderstood as final or real price. Buyers can directly contact the seller for actual price. SarafaBazar.in is not liable for any pricing issue between buyer and seller. We do not charge any transaction fee or commission for any deal held between buyer and seller.

Return & Refund

We do not offer returns or refunds on purchases. All sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

All the sales and dealings are performed offline without any mediation of SarafaBazar.in. We are not liable (to both buyers and sellers) for any interruption caused in the deal between buyers and sellers and for any loss or delay caused in any deal between the two.
