The color-fast tones are available in a number of nuances and can also be freely mixed. Since it is easy to work with, your imagination and love of experimentation will know no limits. The composite material with ceramic reinforcement can be applied quickly and easily, hardened permanently under blue light and ground, and polished mechanically. The material is adhesion-, shock-, and wear-resistant, making it ideal for high-quality and individual designs.

Medical and dental instruments, drills, and tools can be safely and reliably labeled with the biocompatible, patented COLORIT and COLORIT Dual marking systems. Both systems — based on a composite material with ceramic reinforcement — are available in standard colors or customized nuances. Samples using customers’ instruments can be produced in our technical laboratory on request. Simple application, mechanical work ability and color consistency and resistance guarantee flexible, reliable, and long-lasting color marking — for the distinctive labeling of medico-technical instruments.

Four-step process :
1. Coat the cleaned workpiece with COLORIT PREMIUM BOND Composite material with ceramic reinforcement paper) for 60 seconds: apply a thin layer of COLOUR BOND if necessary. Harden under blue light.
2. Apply COLORIT evenly on a 0.2 mm layer). Harden underQuick and easy to process, grind, and polish blue light. Repeat the process until the desired level has been reached.
3. The active layer on the hardened COLORIT forms an optimal bond between the individual layers. This layer is only removed at the end using ethanol and/or fine sandpaper.
4. Grind, turn, or polish the workpiece covered with the COLORIT required. The finished workpiece can also be galvanized as a final step.
